How it Works
This service is available as either a 'Basic
Template' script or a 'Detailed Script'. Under
the 'Basic Template' our staff will answer with
"Hello ABC Limited, how can I help you?".
The caller is left to advise contact details and
relevant information. We will then forward the
message by email or SMS to the destination of
your choice.
We understand you may need more specific information
such as booking references or email addresses.
Provide us with your 'Detailed Script' and we
will provide a written quote for you within 48
